Paranormal Fest is about far more than ghosts, UFOs, and the unexplained. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a world that is often difficult to define and even harder to explain.

For one weekend, one of San Antonio's most legendary haunted properties comes alive with speakers, readers, vendors, paranormal investigators, artists, and curious minds from across Texas. The festival celebrates the haunted places, mysterious stories, legends, and unexplained experiences that make Texas unique while bringing together the paranormal community from across the Lone Star State.

Widely regarded as the unofficial kickoff to the Halloween season in the Alamo City, Texas Paranormal Fest welcomes everyone from dedicated paranormal enthusiasts to families, history lovers, costume fans, and those simply looking for a unique way to celebrate the arrival of autumn.

Throughout the day, guests can enjoy presentations, vendors, readers, exhibits, photo opportunities, interactive experiences, and guided tours of the historic Black Swan Inn property. Together, attendees gather in search of answers, stories, experiences, and the mysteries that continue to challenge our understanding of the world around us.

The Spirit Parlor Experience:

New for 2026, guests will be invited to step inside the Spirit Parlor, an immersive experience housed within the historic Black Swan Inn mansion. Visitors are encouraged to bring photographs, heirlooms, and cherished items connected to loved ones as they explore the history of spirit communication and remembrance through the ages.

The Spirit Parlor will feature paranormal trigger objects, spirit communication traditions, paranormal investigation equipment, interactive displays, themed photo opportunities, and demonstrations exploring the many ways people have attempted to connect with those who have passed on. Guests will also learn about cultural traditions and historical practices surrounding spirit communication.

A New Paranormal Chapter:

As we celebrate our ninth year, we are proud to announce a new chapter. San Antonio Paranormal Fest is becoming Texas Paranormal Fest. This new name reflects the tremendous interest in the paranormal across the Lone Star State and the growing community of attendees, speakers, investigators, vendors, and enthusiasts who travel from throughout Texas to be part of this unique annual tradition.

Whether you are drawn by history, mystery, Halloween season, the paranormal, or simply the opportunity to experience something unique, Texas Paranormal Fest offers a day unlike any other.
